Boiler Specifications and Achievements
Capacity: Our boilers boast an impressive capacity of up to 350 tons/hour of superheated steam, catering to large-scale industrial needs.
Performance: Achieving temperatures up to 510ºC and pressures of 100 bar, our boilers set the standard for high-performance steam generation.
Global Footprint: With 25 boilers operational across various countries, generating more than 300 MWe, our technology is making a significant impact worldwide.
European Success Stories:
Spain: IBERDROLA Biomass Plant in Guadalajara and DALKIA Biomass Plant in Barcelona, each generating 2 MWe.
Portugal: IBERFER Biomass Plant -PALSER in Tondela, producing 3.5 MWe.
Innovative Applications: Beyond electricity, our boilers support hot gas generation for drying processes and thermal oil production from cellulosic fuels, with over 600 units operational in Brazil.
Objective: Generate 6.5 MWe of energy through superheated steam for FINSA’s wood processing plant in Spain, utilizing dust and chipped biomass.
Technology: Featuring our MGV-A-Max watertubular boiler, capable of producing 27.5 tn/h of steam at 420°C and 42 bar.
Fuel Efficiency: Optimized for low heating value biomass, achieving significant fuel efficiency and sustainability.

Purpose: Equip TIMAC AGRO with a combustion chamber capable of generating hot gases for a 4 MW project, supporting the industrial drying oven process.
Capacity: The dry burner system offers a capacity of 3.5 million Kcal/h, designed for biomass forest chip fuel.
Client: TIMAC AGRO, renowned for agronomic efficiency products in the agricultural sector.
